Refund policy
At Shop Inspire Greatness, a majority of our merchandise is made to order and printed specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we have a limited return policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been submitted, it is sent into production shortly afterward and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
This includes changes to:

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund. If the package is returned to our production partner, we are happy to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Sizing
Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, fit, or buyer preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Since our apparel is produced and shipped by our trusted printing partner, we'll work directly with them to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
